Senior Director, Development – Emaar Careers

Job Description

Emaar are currently seeking a Senior Director, Development to lead our Hospitality development department.   You will be responsible for a mixture of new build and renovation projects – taking the project through full cycle but having a particular focus on financial feasibility studies, appointment of consultants, managing the design process and delivering the pre-development and development activities.

Job Responsibilities

•  In addition, you will oversee the design costs, tendering, construction, sales and marketing, and coordinate with the associated parties locally and internationally.
• You will also need to gain approvals and handle legal matters where necessary
• A huge part of this role will be managinging the delivery of the hotels and overseeing the project management teams.
