Job Description Emaar are currently seeking a Senior Manager, Development to work within our Malls department. You will be responsible for a mixture of new build and renovation projects - taking the project through full cycle but having a particular focus on financial feasibility studies, appointment of consultants, managing the design process and delivering the pre-development and development activities. Job Responsibilities In addition, you will oversee the design costs, tendering, construction, sales and marketing, and coordinate with the associated parties locally and internationally. The ideal candidate will be a malls and retail expert and have ideally completed a mega mall within the GCC from inception to completion.
