Senior Manager, Development – Emaar Careers

Job Description

Emaar are currently seeking a Senior Manager, Development to work within our Malls department.   You will be responsible for a mixture of new build and renovation projects – taking the project through full cycle but having a particular focus on financial feasibility studies, appointment of consultants, managing the design process and delivering the pre-development and development activities.

Job Responsibilities

• In addition, you will oversee the design costs, tendering, construction, sales and marketing, and coordinate with the associated parties locally and internationally.
• The ideal candidate will be a malls and retail expert and have ideally completed a mega mall within the GCC from inception to completion.
• You will also need to gain approvals and handle legal matters where necessary
