Job Description: This role will bring a bold vision to Serco Middle East’sdigital strategy and will enable the development of the next generation technologies and platforms that support digital transformation and continually adapt business processes and skill sets to ongoing changes in the global technology landscape. Job Responsibilities: Play a key role on the SME Executive Management Team and work closely with colleagues to add value to all areas of technology, business and commercial discussions. Build a network of people, technologies, and ideas from outside Serco, constantly scan the digital landscape to identify possible acquisitions or partners that can provide complementary capabilities to Serco to help drive growth. Map digital capabilities to strategic priorities and serve as the executive sponsor for digital process innovation. Job Requirements: Demonstrated ability to influence and lead at a senior executive level. Ability to lead and deliver multiple enterprise level projects / initiatives at the same time. Significant experience developing digital strategies and innovation to support business objectives. Ability to articulate a strategic vision and to lead transformation across an organisation.
