Job Description: We’re looking for a full-time Retail Team Lead to join our Cataraqui Centre retail location in Kingston, ON! Reporting to the Store Manager, the Team Lead is responsible for supporting the delivery of an outstanding in-store experience for the customer and store team members, achieving performance objectives including sales goals and running an operationally-sound business by effectively managing the daily operations of the team and the store.
