- Act as regional business developer for Industrial Edge focusing on customer segmentation, value propositions and ready-to-scale use cases
- Identify, qualify and win Industrial Edge opportunities to grow our new software-driven business
- Co-ordinate a customer-centric approach by involving all vital stakeholders from the customer side including IT / OT personas as well as internally (e.g. technical consultant, security specialists, sales rep.)
- Generate qualified success stories / references / lessons learned based on opportunities / customers
- Provide openness on Industrial Edge KPIs including market potential, sales pipeline, won opportunities, revenue impact etc.
- Knowledge and application of new value selling sales strategies (e.g. solution sales, challenger sales)
- Knowledge on software business models, ecosystem business, and consulting
- Stakeholder management skills addressing C Level and manufacturing IT
- Passion for new technology
- Strong and proven IT / SW background
- Basic knowledge on devices, apps, docker technology and value add of these technologies
