Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure all incoming and outgoing calls are handled in a prompt and courteous manner
- Maintain cleanliness of the Employment Center
- Tracking of I9 Documentation
- Assist with maintaining proper staffing levels at all times
- Daily operations of the Employment Center to include interviewing applicants, and new/re-hire processing
- Fully understand and demonstrate Six Flags culture, values and company policy
- Ensure all pre-employment/background checks are done accurately and in a timely manner
Job Requirements:
- 1+ year of Theme Park experience or experience in a fast paced, high volume environment
- At least 18 years of age
- Be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, vibrant team environment
- 1+ year experience in Human Resources, but not required
- High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred
- Familiarization of UltiPro/UKG, Optim8, Smartsheets, and Sterling but not required
