Job Description:

Toll Plaza employees are responsible for operating a point of sale (POS) register, hand held scanner and vouchers from the guests for parking in exchange for a parking receipt. This position is also responsible for high quality guest interaction when distributing park information brochures. If working at the metal detection stations at the front gate, these employees are responsible for professionally and quickly screening guests as they enter the park.

Job Responsibilities:

• Check in/out animals at the pet kennel facility.
• Efficiently execute the selling of parking passes to guests entering the park.
• Greet all guests as they enter the park lot.
• Clean kennels and maintain inventory of supplies.
• Direct traffic and park vehicles in the parking lot when needed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ability to multi-task.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills; ability to remain calm in stressful or emergency situations.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
