Job Description: Reporting to the Manager, Turnaround and Construction, you will provide strategic administrative support, coordination, organization and information management. You will balance a demanding workload while exercising mature professional attitude in handling multiple projects. Job Responsibilities: Act as Muster Point Captain Ensure contractor documentation and guidelines are followed Track service vendor hours and provide monthly report Approve invoices Take meeting minutes of action items and key messages, and provide support as needed during meetings Develop and print turnaround documents Provide vacation coverage for other administration supports on site Issue and track construction work packages On-board new employees and online vendors who report to the Turnaround and Construction group Monitor Contractor workflow for structured charges to the Turnaround and Construction group Job Requirements: Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision Exceptional collaboration skills and the ability to build strong positive relationships with diverse groups Strong prioritization and organizational skills with the ability to take initiative to follow through on pending items Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel Demonstrate proficiency of standards, practices, and procedures to work activities High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) Five years of experience providing administrative support Strong written communication skills Job Details: Company: Suncor Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Edmonton, CA Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here careers-trivia.com
