Job Description: To create a socially sustainable community through the application of social justice and community development principles which actively encourage the participation of all residents in community life. To work collaboratively with all sections of Council and the community to ensure the provision and facilitation of positive strategies and services that enhance the lives of residents. Deliver annual measurable outcomes in the human services area that support Council’s Integrated Planning and Reporting Framework Job Responsibilities: Community needs documented in the Community Strategic Plan and associated plans and reported to Council on a regular basis Policies developed and implemented ensuring integration of all residents into the life of the community.
