Job Description:

We are seeking experienced Customer Service Officers to join our Contact Centre team responding to inbound calls, chat and emails from our community – residents, businesses and visitors. Customer Service Officers are the first point of contact for customer inquiries and requests, providing high quality, efficient and friendly services, accurate advice, information and access to the City’s services and facilities

We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and thrive on not just meeting, but exceeding customer expectations. The successful applicants will have great communication skills and at least three years’ experience of working within a contact centre customer service environment, highly developed oral and written communication skills with the ability to write in Plain English, with an excellent knowledge of punctuation and grammar.
