Job Description: To meet this challenge, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Specialist Surveyor to join our Planning Assessments team, to assess subdivision related applications and other small scale development related applications as needed, and provide expert advice to ensure planning and development proposals meet statutory requirements, and the City’s policies and objectives. Qualification & Experience: Experience in the assessment and resolution of complex subdivision and legal issues associated with applications for development applications, subdivision certificates and strata certificates, preferably in local government.
