Job Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the department and the different functions with-in it. Maintain an orderly workflow according to the priorities.
  • Take ownership of client issues and follow problems through to resolution.
  • Coordinate and give feed back to the concerned departments on client complaints. Maintain working relationship with all concerned departments.
  • Keep accurate records and documents of customer support actions and discussions.
  • Analyze statistics & data and compile accurate reports
  • Mentor and develop customer support team and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Advance troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong Managerial and leadership skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT or MIS.
  • Positive and professional attitude and ability to thrive in a fast paced, growing business

Qualification & Experience:

  • 4-5 years experience from an e-commerce background
  • Experience in providing customer services support with a technical background.
