Job Description: The Permit Coordinator will efficiently gather and submit all specified plans and applications required by the local building department to permit the design and installation of Tesla energy products. As an integral member of Tesla’s Field Operations Energy team, the Permit Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring consistent job flow and contributing to a positive customer experience. Job Responsibilities: Pick-up permits submitted immediately following the specified turn-around time Represent the company in a professional and friendly manner Submit permit packets to local municipals driving permits to a zero-queue each day Follow-up on old cases with appropriate departments to move jobs through the permitting process as quickly as possible Communicate clearly and quickly with managers and other departments about changes to process or obstacles to work flow Maintain checkbook and credit card transactions for each job/account Document any changes in job cases or status a minimum of two times per week Job Requirements: Ability to follow process within strict deadlines Excellent customer service skills required 1-2 years’ relative office or clerical experience required Able to organize time and tasks in a fast paced environment with competing priorities Experience working with permits is a plus Takes initiative with solving problems Must be self-motivated and thrive in a team environment Job Details: Company: Tesla Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Baltimore, MD, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here careers-trivia.com
