Job Responsibilities: Manage inventory and reorder supplies, as needed Clean service, loaner, and gallery vehicles Ability to spot check and manage paint correction onsite as needed Communicate with various teams that are involved in the vehicle orientation process Clean vehicle exteriors and interiors in compliance with company standards Operate steamers, hoses, vacuums, and other equipment Track schedules, prioritize, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines Job Requirements: Answer Phone Calls, Emails and Drive In’s to address any customer concern with the highest level of response and attention Accurately record issues and data into Dealer Management System.
