Job Description

Lead the identification, ideation, business case development, managing the investments relations and attraction of companies to Dubai in all fields while managing the growth and development of incubation and acceleration of startups under Dubai Tourism including the field of sustainability

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the identification of global targets from early to growth stages, and track investor pipeline, and support in resolving their requirements.
• Oversee and manage the delivery of targets set on the intelak incubator and accelerator hub team.
• Develop understanding of all sectors in Dubai and their business offerings across all free zones and mainland.
• Manage the marketing campaigns of intelak hub with Dubai Tourism marketing teams to drive higher brand awareness globally.
• Ensure the satisfaction of clients by supporting target clients in their set up in Dubai from guidance on golden visas, work permits, office spaces, liaison with freezones…etc.
• Develop business cases that frames the target’s opportunity for setting up in Dubai
• Oversee the utilization of Intelak hub site and support alumni in licensing and set up in Dubai post-graduation.
• Manage the affairs of startups’ pipeline generated by the different channels leading to their establishment in Dubai ecosystem
• Oversee the responsible spend of the budget by Intelak management team
• Coordinate and oversee the activities of the hub for mentorship programmes ensuring the creation of a strong mentors’ base and value-added training programmes for the applicants.

Job Requirements

• MBA, University/College Degree in a related field
• 8+ Years of relevant experience
