Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead Integrated Brand Planning for Baby Dove
  • Integrate relevant Global Brand Vision Plans (BVP)
  • Uncover root issues and opportunities (at brand and category level) across the 6Ps via leading brand and category audits. (inc financial, share, consumer, equity, shopper analysis, review of previous strategies, ROI of previous initiatives and external/competitive reviews and market development opportunities).
  • Develop crisp (clear, results orientated, insightful strategically aligned and prioritised) strategies (JTBD).
  • Work closely with Global teams to co-build compelling innovation, assets and campaigns that will win the hearts and minds of the UKI consumer
  • Lead the development of a ‘Go to market plan’ for Baby Dove for the year.
  • Compelling brand plans to grow our customers categories , which allow us to win disproportionately- including delivery of brand customer cascades for Baby Dove
  • Develop pricing & promotional strategy across the brand, category or portfolio to maximise return & remain competitive

Job Requirements:

We are seeking a passionate, experienced, resilient individual to join the Dove team. We are looking for a self-starter who can be autonomous with Baby Dove, taking initiative and driving the plans forward with full ownership. The successful candidate also needs to be a team player, working towards one Dove target, happy to support and work closely with the rest of the team. The successful candidate will need to have demonstrated a talent for creative and a strength in managing and building relationships.
