Job Responsibilities: Lead the digital product owners in validation & experimentation, ensuring maximum customer &/or business benefit Ensure all projects are delivered collaboratively and in such a way as to deliver ongoing success by working closely with key stakeholders (Internal and External). Upskilling and inspiring a team of stakeholders to maximise ROI from the existing personalisation and segmentation capability. Leverage our machine-learning capabilities to generate insight to inform marketing and commercial strategy Driver of test and learn culture within online, commercial and digital teams Trying to deliver things that have not been done by the business before! Scope and lead optimisation initiatives across the waitrose.com platform, the website is your oyster! Own the online trading product backlog - evidencing through experimentation requirements and benefits Deliver a consistent personalised and segmented approach across all websites as well as engage a wider stakeholder group to ensure collaboration and alignment of shared goals (Ecommerce, Marketing, Design, IT Development & Support) for personalisation. Land new product capability within the online trading team Provision of consultation on personalisation and segmentation to business stakeholders to deliver commercial goals.
