We are pleased to announce exciting opportunities to join the Food & Services team. We are looking for hiring Waitstaff immediate value as described below per role

As Waitstaff you will be Providing 5 star superior service during a shift to Etihad standards of excellence to ensure that customers have a pleasant and memorable Restaurant experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Be proactive to all guest requirements by maintaining constant guest contact, build relationships, solicit feedback.
• Refill and maintain the par stock for the operation. Requisition – receiving – storing – expiry – refilling
• Fully comprehend menu preparation, presentations and offer alternatives for non-available items.
• Handle guest issues and report to team leader if it is above own competencies.
• Stay informed about local, national and international best practices/trends in food service, interior design, technology and entertainment in F&B.
• Prepare the mise-en-place for smooth operations -cutlery, crockery, glassware wiping & polishing.
• Set-up buffet in a timely manner, maintaining the cleanliness and replenish as required
• Maintain cleanliness of serving area, paying special attention to customers.

Job Requirements

• Fluent English and good Communication and Organization Skills.
• At least 1-2 years previous restaurant service experience from within a premier 4 or 5 star hotel or from within a premier stand alone restaurant.
• Good knowledge in HACCP, Five Star Service Standards
