This customer focused IT team is looking for an experienced Business Analyst who will provide professional, friendly and responsive customer engagement to our organisation delivering process, application and system improvements with a focus on Council’s core corporate applications.

Job Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be creating work pipelines and prioritising, documenting and actively working with the business to identify and implement business process improvements. You will provide operational and technical knowledge centred on IT software, foster good IT practice, perform some technical administrative tasks while adhering to service delivery frameworks.

Job Reqaurments:

To be successful you will have relevant tertiary qualifications, knowledge of current ICT trends, the ability to identify issues and opportunities, exemplary written and oral communication skills and demonstrated experience in business analysis techniques.
