Job Description:

As a Zara Assistant Department Manager, you are an integral part of the Zara image. Your strong leadership skills and retail experience will set the example for your team while manage the department in accordance with company standards, working closely with store director

Job Responsibilities:

  • Guarantee that merchandising and image meet the corporate criteria
  • Communicate section needs to Visual Commercial and Operations
  • Monitor store sales and rankings
  • Supervise and authorize changes/orders of furniture and other elements of decoration/signage
  • Communicate weekly timetables to team within legal deadlines
  • Allocate resources to every task according to actual needs
  • Authorize team’s vacations and monitor attendance, daily sheets and security procedures
  • Organize all customer service activities: refunds, complaints
  • Organize and manage recruiting, training, identifying candidates for potential program, assessing team
  • Check functioning of utilities, including lights, power and air conditioning
  • Check the functioning of safety elements
  • Communication with other departments and regional
